PITCH TO PEOPLE

As a charity we are constantly looking for diverse methods to raise funds for those impoverished within our community. Pitch to people seeks to work with sports clubs right across our country to raise funds that help those struggling with poverty in our local communities.

HOW WE DO IT

| We will make connections with clubs. Offering them our help to make their club an instrument of charity in their community. We will ask players of the club to donate £5 each. Total funds raised by the club will be used by the charity to help impoverished families, food banks and other charities who specialise in helping others in poverty.

Hope Cafe is a non-profit cafe that can be found at the Hope2Families centre.

We live in a time where there is financial struggle among families, it is difficult for families to go out for lunch, or for a coffee because of economic restraints. It is a beautiful pleasure for families to go out and enjoy a breakfast or lunch together.

The heart behind Hope Cafe is that we alleviate this, making it possible for families to enjoy a coffee, a breakfast or a lunch. We desire nothing more than to reach our community and help them in a very practical way.

Foundation Ministries is based in Co.Armagh Northern Ireland, we offer accessible and comprehensive Biblical counselling to those on a journey of restoration, healing and wholeness in Christ. We are a Registered charity supported solely by donations to the work.

Links Counselling Service is a charity that exists to make counselling accessible to everyone within the community.

We offer professional counselling for children, young people, adults and couples to ensure that no one journeys alone.

This is the youth branch of the charity that seeks to take young people from ages 12-24, presenting them with a decision, providing them discipleship and helping equip them to declare the goodness of the gospel. In doing so, we provide a safe place for our young people to learn, grow, cultivate life skills, whilst instilling hope and purpose in an often hopeless and purposeless world.

At Macmillan, we won’t rest, and we won’t settle for anything other than the best possible support for people with cancer. We do whatever it takes. What we do? We give people with cancer everything we’ve got. We offer emotional, physical and financial support from the moment you’re diagnosed. Who we are? We are millions of people affected by cancer, supporters, professionals, volunteers, and campaigners. We all have one thing in common – our care and support for people living with cancer.

NHS Help. – Your cancer pathway will usually start from a referral from your GP. If your GP feels you need specialist assessment or investigations, for example, x-rays, special blood tests or biopsies, they will refer you to hospital to be seen by an appropriate Consultant. The consultant will diagnose your cancer, which is managed within specific tumour sites, for example, breast, upper GI, head and neck. A management plan is drawn up for each patient. Our team of experts in the field of cancer will look after you from the diagnosis stage to your treatment and after treatment.
